Where is the program based? Do I need to travel somewhere?
No travel needed! Everything is done online — coaching sessions, resources, check-ins — all supported via WhatsApp, Zoom and email.
Whether you’re in Durban or halfway across the world, you can join from the comfort of your home!
How is my progress tracked? Will there be assessments?
Yes — we track your journey closely.
You’ll start by submitting your initial measurements and photos, and we do check-ins every 2 weeks to assess progress, adjust plans, and keep you on track.
When can I join the 6-Week Challenge? Can I start anytime?
Each 6-week challenge runs in dedicated cycles with a specific theme, so you’ll need to wait for the next round to begin.
They’re not always back-to-back — but when they open, you’ll want to grab your spot quickly. (Make sure you’re on the waitlist!)
Can I apply for One-on-One Coaching?
There’s no formal application required.
If you’re ready for deeper, more personalized coaching, you can purchase the One-on-One option directly. I’ll personally connect with you to get started and map out your first steps.
