Courses and Webinars:
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all online courses and webinars. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, you must have started the course or webinar content.
- Coaching Services:
Coaching sessions are non-refundable. If you can’t attend, your session will be moved to the next available date. - Physical products:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. - Requesting a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact us at our email address with your order details and reason for the refund. We will process the refund and notify you via email within 5 business days. - Non-Refundable:
After 14 days for courses/webinars or after the first completed session for coaching services, no refunds will be issued. - Exceptions:
Refunds will not be provided in cases of non-compliance with course guidelines or failure to attend coaching sessions without prior cancellation.
